Quarters: Quarters are are scheduled so that all students have the same number of lessons (usually 12) no matter what day their lesson is on. Please pay special attention to the start and end dates of the quarters, which do not always begin on a Monday. The quarterly tuition rate is about 10% lower than the monthly installment rate.Holidays: The holidays on which Big Time Music is closed are January 1, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and days when travel is not advised due to weather. Other breaks and non-lesson days are noted. There are no refunds for pre-paid lessons. For full policy details, please refer to the policy page on this website.
Installments: Tuition may be paid in monthly installments. Paying quarterly tuition saves about 10%. Click here to see the installment chart for 2010.
Credit: If your lesson is cancelled due to teacher illness or inclement weather, your account will be credited based on the following rate: $15. There are no refunds for prepaid lessons. Please call or talk to Susan with questions: 608-332-3522
